fog light wireing, where is it?

fog light wireing, where is it?
i got two new lights for free and i wanted to wire them to the switch already inside. where are the 4 wires that come off the switch come out under the hood, aka where can they be found

i just tried to trace mine out for ya and couldnt find where it goes into the firewall so...gimme a few...

lol i try....so as far as i can see it runs under the front clip and splices into the main wiring harness and passes thru the fire wall just behind the head on the right hand side, with the rest of the wiring for the gauges and all them goodies. best way to trace it would probably start from the switches out. the wires splice into the main harness on the passenger side fender right before the battery though if you could find em. the only wires i know of that go that way are for head lights, blinkers, foglights and temp gauge for the headliner, if you have one. so process of elimination....and good luck dude!

best bet is to grab a wiring diagram, I found one on the net not to long ago but I cant find the link for the life of me, that or grab a haynes or chiltons manual

I believe that if you want to use new lights with your existing fogs (that is how I am reading this), the best bet is to you one of the positive wires for the oem fogs to trigger a new relay for some new wiring to your new lights. Only one of those 4 wires into the switch will come out past the firewall. 1 is just a ground, 1 is power in, 1 is for illumination, and the last is the output of the switch. That last one goes to your fog light relays in the PDC (underhood).
