Default Fog light questions

So i just got some new led lights for my driving light basically and now i got an extra pair of fog lights. First off My jeep came with factory fog lights but the po cut them out and one side the old bracket was taken out but the other side looks like the hex headed screw was rusted in there and he stripped it. So i was gonna drill it out. But onto the details i was gonna make a bracket to fit the lights in place of the old ones and use the factory switch because i always liked how these looked with the fog lights lol. How would i go about making a bracket? And how would i wire them up to use the old switch? the connectors are dangling down still. I am looking for ideas mostly for the bracket and how to make it and the wiring thats my main concern. Its the cheapy blazer lights from orilleys.

Ill snap some pics tomorrow of under the jeep and what im talking about

Most of the reviews I seen state those lights aren't worth the bother of installing.

Eh they still worked so i figured i can repurpose them instead of letting them sit on a shelf and while i was poking around under there when installing my other lights i figured i can stick them there till they burn out, Plus i have a bracket as well if i ever get different lights lol.
