I lost my driveline and the slip yoke dropped out and it looked like ATF that came out? I have 5 speed with a 231 t case. Do these share lube or are they seperate? And what it the proper fluid for t case/ trans.

I've found that if you use the same ATF in your TC as in your Transmission it avoids confusion (possible mix-up between TC and Tranny) as well as just having one ATF in your stash.
Dex III/Mercon is the suggested ATF for both. If you are using ATF+4 in your Tranny, you know what to do.
