Default flashers not working *HELP*

Hello my jeep recently started to have the air bag light come on and off. i thought it was weird but now when the lights comes on my flashers stop working. The flashers will flash once if i turn it on but then wont flash again its weird because it will only flash if i am going 10mph or less anything above that and it wont flash not even once.

IDK WHAT TO DO ANYMORE!!

Airbag light might be the clockspring in the steering column. Does your horn and/or cruise work?
Odd the flashers only working under 10 mph. What do they do if you rev the engine sitting in park?

As inexpensive and easy as the flasher module is, I'd change it out first thing.
Check out this video. Pay no attention to the guy calling it a fuse.
