finally got around to finishing up the exhaust..for now.
might rig it up better down the road but for now, it works and sounds great.
no muffler with cat, used some flexi-pipe to route it out the side and a stainless steel tip to complete the look..also gives it more growl.
quick vid:
crappy pics

yeah thats steel wire holding the pipe to the uni-body rails but it works fine.
ill take better pictures tomorrow since the pipe is held on better than in the first pic but it seems like ive got a little more get up 'n' go now too.

So is that going to be the permanent exhaust exit point, right in front of the rear wheel/tire? You will probably rip it off on a real trail. That's why I leave mine in it's original place b/c I thought that was a cool location(where you have yours) and promptly ripped it and the muffler loose on a trip down a fire road about a week after I put it there. I then went back to the original factory location.

yeah we will see how it goes. im going to iron range up in gilbert mid october so we will see how it holds up. i hardly ever do any trails that require lots of ground clearance. mostly mud is what i do. probably wont be much of an issue but if it is, ill make a new heat shield and run it out the back. i just wanted to get the exhaust out from under the jeep.

Mine was knocked loose by a small log that was flipped up and caught the pipe as it made the sweeping turn after the muffler. Sounded real loud after that until I had the muffler shop fix it the next day.
