Depending on the condition of your rear springs, you can get alot of axle wrap using blocks. Aluminum blocks tend to crack and break in 1/2.

I'm surprised RC doesn't ship to PR. Have you tried the RC shackles on ebay and see if the seller would ship them there?

Have you tried www.4wd.com ? I wonder if they would ship to PR. They tend to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They got teraflex shackles and i'm sure they can get RC ones too.

Do you have the dimensions on those? Will they fit cherokees? That seems do-able though if you can get the backside welded together. You may even be able to make those yourself by getting a long strip of steel, maybe 3" wide and about 1/4" thick and cut four equal length pieces and drill some holes then have a backside welded on it. Might be cheaper than buying shackles and paying shipping unless you actually win those for 99 cents.

Oh i didn't think of this. You will need some type of bushing at the top of it where it bolts to the frame rail. I'm not sure how you would get that to work.

yeah, just thought of that.. IDK what im going to do,, the thing is the 3" ones of pepboys well the 3" are of the top bushing tube, and it is a lil wider than the actual shackle, so I thing if I grind that down, I can make it fit, but on the other side I will have to really tighten those bolts so that it bends from 3" to the 2 1/4" what do you think of that?

Buy some stock bushings and build a sleve out of pipe and have it welded in. I could easily see that working.

Or use big washers in between to take up the space instead of forcing it to 2 1/4.
