Default Fender Cutting Q's!!!

I recently took of my fender flares I realized that when I am in the mtns my fenders are rubbing my tires so I was wondering what would be the best way to cut the fenders and how high should I cut them.

x2 for the rear.

when you do the front you need to know were you rub at full flex. i was rubbing all the way up so i cut the crap out of mine. it looks weird but it does the job.measure, mark with tape/sharpie, use angle grinder with cut off wheel. DO NOT USE AN AIR CUTTER!! Ask me how i know. DO NOT USE A SAWS ALL either!! ask me how i know. after you cut then take a poly wheel and grind it all smooth. paint if you want.
