Default fel pro ms93094 intake exh gasket 2001

I'm in the middle of changing out the 0331 head on my 2001...will have text and pictures later. I'm using a felt pro ms93094 intake/exh gasket. one side is grey the other side has blue stripes. there are no instructions in box or on box and no text on the gasket. it appears perfectly symmetrical no matter which way I turn it.. does it matter which side faces head... my older 96 gasket had a specific side to the head and it was labeled on the gasket......thanks

You can contact Fel-Pro for instructions. They are very good about customer service, but would have to pay a fee for every set of included instructions. That's why they don't include instructions. I've used e-mail and telephone to contact Fel-Pro with success in each medium.

Q.This gasket can be installed with either side facing up, how can I tell which way to install this head gasket?

A.FEL-PRO head gaskets have directional markings of either front, left, right, top or up to help install them correctly when the orientation is critical.

Sorry, I re-read that last post. The question is for the head gasket on the page for the gasket to the manifolds... That isn't helpful.
