Default Installing Fel-pro valve gasket?

do i need any RTV ? and do i need to remove the tiny line of rubber or silicon around the engine?

yes,i did this 2 weeks ago,i took a razor and cleaned everythin,and use rvt

what do i do with the 15 rubber washers?

well idk if they are washer but they are rubber and circular and it didnt come with instructions.

The washers go in the holes on the valve cover. Sounds like you bought the good rubber gasket. You should scrape/clean the head. Not sure if you should use rtv. The rubber gasket alone should be fine. Just don't overtighten the bolts.

so i should put the gasket on and then put the cover on and put the washers on then the bolts?

No problem. I'd try it without the rtv first. Those gaskets are well made and designed to work without it. If it leaks still afterwards you can always take it back off and rtv the **** out of it!!
