Fan speed help

Fan speed help
Hey guys what's up. I'm new to owning a jeep and I have a problem with my fan speed for my hvac. I own a 96 GC limited 5.2. The fan speed only works on high and if it set to anything else it turns off. I replaced the resitor under the glove box with no change . My truck does have climate control. If anyone else knows why it shuts off or can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys
