Do you have to undo sways to get flex? how far will the suspension flex stock? I wanna trim my fenders because I plan on lifting it later with tires but my dad says the suspension will not ever flex but a couple of inches lol

A couple inches? Sounds like dads trying to discourage you. Go on Youtube and type in stock Cherokee, you'll be amazed. Disconnect the swaybar and yes, you get way more flex. As far as trimming I'd wait til you get the lift, see what it does and trim if necesary.

Just don't remove the front sway bar. Broke both my end links last week so I'm swaybarless in the front and there is a lot of body roll. I ripped the wheel left to avoid an object in the road and it just slid the front end out. That escalated into a back and forth struggle to keep it under control while doing 30 MPH. After letting off the gas and skidding back and forth a couple times, it eventually did stop. This was in slightly wet conditions, so that could've been half the problem, but it was not fun. This happened about 10 mins after my buddy said "Ehh, you don't need front sway bar end links".

i removed my rear sway bar on my DD over a month ago and never noticed a difference. i also put my disconnects on with my 4" lift in the front and left them disconnect for the past week with a minor difference. today i removed my trac bar to install the new one and the nut was completely seized so i cut it off and have to drill it out still. i drove about six miles without it and had very little change to my steering. i figure it as i have 4 control arms and if i connect my links that maked 6 points of contact to the unibody from my front axle.
