Smile exhaust system?

Im looking to do an exhaust system on my 2000 Cherokee 4.0, anyone got any experience with this, and know what kits are good?

Also would it be worth it to get a after market cat converter also?
Thanks!

How loud are you wanting to go, IMO the dynomax system is a good system for the XJ but wont necessarily be extremely loud.

i would like a loud system, but i also want something with quality and a fair price. As long as it seems a bit louder and when you hit the gas you can hear it, that would be good enough

If you want loud look into something from the flowmaster series, a couple guys around here run them and claim pretty loud responses from the system.

The Flowmaster 40 series is probably one of the loudest I have heard. I'm running a Magnaflow and really like it. Nice deep tone.

Are you running just the muffler or the whole cat-back system?

Running the Rusty's cat-back system that came with a Flowmaster 40. I added this year a Magnaflow converter and i'm very pleased with the sound. I might be able to come up with a video for you...think i've got one or two on my computer somewhere.

I've got a series 50 on my 5.2. Nice tone, not too loud on the V-8.

I have a Flowmaster on my jeep, not sure of the series because it was there when I bought the jeep. It sounds nice at idle and cruising, with just enough grrrrrr when you mash on it. I'm also running 2.5" from the manifold back with the stock converter. I will be getting a new magnaflow converter one of these days and probably a magnaflow muffler as well.
