Default Exhaust leak and clicking! Help!

I just came back from a two week trip up north and went to start my Jeep and it sounds like there's an exhaust manifold leak. Not too big of a deal but when I turn the thing off, for about a minute or so you can hear a slow light clicking noise coming from the motor. Any ideas? I don't even want to drive it up to my garage without figuring out what it is first. Please help!

My 90' clicks from the valve-train for a few minutes after I shut it down. So far I haven't seen any difference in performance or drivability because of it. Pulled the valve cover off just to inspect, and everythings fine.

Yea I just drive it down the street and I'm pretty sure that it's that mixed with the cooling noise from what I think is a cracked exhaust manifold!
****, time for headers I suppose.

Cracked manifolds are ridiculously common in jeeps. I just had mine out and had to weld two primaries.

The clicking is probably just the metal cooling and contracting.
