Default entire fuel system shut down

1997 jeep cherokee country 4.0 Going 45 mph it quit. Towed it. crank but no start. gauges not working. lights windows radio and clock still do. Put in new fuel pump, coil, plugs, wires, dist cap, button. All fuses and relays ok. no fuel at rail. fuel pump makes no sound. Appreciate any help............Lori

First of all, what year? engine trans etc? If you have a 97+ does your odometer say "no bus" with the key on?
Possibly a crank sensor, cam senso(dist p/u coil)......check all of your fuses with a test light.

its a 1997 country 4.0. fuses and relays have been tested. Thank you for responding,.........
