Default Engine stalls when warm and I stop

Hi

So happy to drive my XJ Wagoneer again (I had an issue with the rear axle that wasn’t an issue at all). 4.0, 1987

but coming back from a WE, after 3 hours of good driving g, when arriving in town the engine stalled at a traffic light.

It restarted perfectly (in 4-5 seconds, as usual). Then Stopped again at the next traffic light.

a nightmare for the next 10 kilometers. But I arrived home.

I looked quickly at the engine bay and everything seems connected.

I took the car for a ride this morning. Everything was ok during the first 10 kilometers, the the isssue occurred again. No over heating, no low oil pressures as far as I can read on the instruments.

Can you advise on where to start ?

thanks

Verify fuel pressure. Refresh your grounds.

Thanks,

Fuel pressure I didn't check, pump is 1 year old and noisy in the car, but that seems to be normal.
I'll look how to check that in the manual.

The grounds thanks to Cruiser have been already checked and improved.

Can it be related to pressure stuff ?

Car is ok when driven at speed
