engine runs too cool-expert advice needed

I bet the air seals around the core and on the damper doors are leaking. Air flowing around the core instead of through it and a damper that isn't sealing might account for some of the heat loss. A partly clogged core probably the rest.
I suggest a good drano-flush. Crystals, not the liquid crap. OH I'm KIDDING. Although I did see that discussed on the internet, lol.
