Hang on. If that noise is coming from the flywheel area it's not the normal 4.0L rattle. Definitely fix the flex plate if that's the cause lol. You can check for cracks by removing all of those lovely recently loc-tited bolts and sticking a pry bar in there. Any fractures should be evident ad you pry on the flex plate.

PYB is a fine oil.
