I've had it about 3 months. It's tagged and insured and registered with the state. I figure I'd have found out if it were a stolen vehicle by now. I'm not worried about it.

i guess it would be like lack of a kill switch, and the reason i say its bad is cuz busted up column has stolen written all over it. Here, it doesnt pass safety inspection, and they would arrest you in my small town cuz they're like that
