As said in the title, my e-fan won't go on for some reason. Happened just before I went into work tonight so I didn't really get a chance to look at it. I'll be tinkering tomorrow morning, so is there anything I should check for? By the way, I did do a search and for some reason nothing came up. I've seen threads similar to this before, so I thought that it was kinda odd to not find anything. I also heard of wiring up the fan to a switch, but I'd rather have it OEM style. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Fuses, relays, wiring. Always good to check first.
I did a bypass switch on mine, when it's off it runs normal, hit switch and fan comes on when I want it to. Great for wheeling and hot desert day drives. Should think about it. Easy write ups on here, and it runs as normal, unless I turn it on full time.

Yeah, I'm going to check the fuse right after the connection. I have a feeling that may have blown somehow. If the bypass switch still lets it run normal, I might try that. I'm just worried that I'll forget about it and overheat, haha. I thought the bypass would make it completely manual.

Mine will keep running with the ignition on until it cools down, the engine doesn't have to be running. The way you explained it makes it seem like it runs on every time you turn the key on.

Well, I replaced the relay and it did nothing. But I did fill it with more coolant and it's been running at a better temp. I just hope I don;t end up stuck in traffic when the fan fails to kick on. Next step is to test the sensor right there in the radiator. Unless my gauge is just acting up, which would kinda **** me off since I have to monitor the temp constantly.
