E-Brake Help?

E-Brake Help?
Hey guys,
Looking for a diagnostic on my Emergency Brake, I pull it up then it goes back down to about 3 notches and becomes useless, do I just have to put more tension on it under neath or is it something more?

Sounds like you need to readjust it. Unless the cable is stretched. I did have to replace the cable on my 95 because it did get stretched to much and I was unable to adjust it so it would grab.
