Default Drove Through Puddle. Turn signal doesn't work.

I drove through a big puddle. Now my turn signal doesn't work (96 XJ). Hazard lights either. Nothing happens when you flip the switches. I changed some blown fuses, but I haven't tried changing the relay yet, though. But also the dome light sometimes comes on when it's switched off, and the instrument light fuse immediately blows out when I put a new one in. Then today, I ran the jeep for a while, and afterwards there wasn't enough power to turn it over and restart. Does this mean I have to look for shorts? The car dried out but nothing improved. Thanks.

And yes, if you are blowing fuses, you have shorts.

How deep was that puddle?

I'll check the grounds, now that I know where they are. Puddle wasn't too deep, less than a foot and a half. I put a new flasher relay in and it blew out after ten minutes.
