Hello all, first post so please forgive me if I've made a rookie mistake.

Wife's 2022 cherokee right front door began sagging when opened off the striker to the point where it eventually ripped the stick-on vent shade off the rear door. The issue was worse when the vehicle was parked facing uphill. Having a dispute with the dealer over the remedy, they said it needed a striker adjustment, then when I called them on it, he said it needed a whole door adjustment. All gaps were perfect before when closed, which leads me to think it needs hinges. Came back from their body shop today and now when closed, the front door sticks out 1/8 inch beyond the front of the rear door.

Is this a common issue with these? Am I wrong in my diagnosis?
