Door misalignment

Door misalignment
I just bought my first Cherokee today! It's a '97 4 door with a 242 transfer case! I'm really excited. Problem is, it has front passenger side damage. The door is not sealing up top because the tire smashed into the rear of the fenderwell. What would be the best way to pull the bottom hinge back out to align the door? Pics to come soon.
