Door latch screws

My door latch is missing a screw. What are the specs on these screws so I know what to get? Can I remove one of the two remaining screws to match it without losing something inside the door?
1997 Cherokee Sport.

Someone has to have one floating around. Unfortunately, I sent all my doors to the junkyard a month ago.
