Default T-n-T anyone ?

driver side door is stuck in the closed position
All latches, rods (mechanical) are intact and secure
I was able to take off the door panel and reach inside and look to investigate and it seems that the latch is stuck. (at the striker)
While trying to open the door I have tried to :
lift up from both sides
push down from both sides
push in from both sides
kick from both sides
drop kick from both sides
pry from both sides
from both sides
-now then-
I looked at the other door to see how things work on a working perspective.
a visual image would be that when the latch (the latch at the striker) is in the closed position the bottom part of the latch rotates upward and when fully latched there is a small piece that sticks out from the bottom part of the latch I used to push on with a screwdriver and pull the handle to open the door that works.
but I tried to do this with the stuck door and no go
I used:
hammer
BFH
long punch
screwdriver
any ideas on how to get the door open or even off the jeep at all?
all comments welcome as I dont see a non destructive way to get it open.

Remove the fender and take the hinge, door bolts out, guaranteed you will get it off then, pretty easy to do. Forget I just said that,it must be getting late.
You could still remove the fender, but you would have to cut the little metal tabs on the door pillar, mine were broke and it did not rattle, the other screws held it tight enough.
You could still reuse the fender,it sounds like you are at the point of destroying the door to get it off.
