I'm trying to swap the o2 sensors today so i can pass emissions tests next week and I can only find the one that is pre-cat.
Am I supposed to have a second o2 sensor? I thought all 96+ obd2 vehicles had two o2's?

i see what happened here..my rear sensor is in my cat itself.
see..
it also looks a bit small which I find a bit odd.
What sucks the worst of all is that the spare o2 sensors I have are generic bosch and will probably work fine but they have a goofy splice system that leaves a rectangular box on the harness segment. When I used these sensors on my celica this box was inside the car. But on the jeep it is going to be exposed to the worst of things. I suppose if it breaks I can just buy the proper one. Trying to be cheap and save money, lol.
thanks for the help.
