I wouldn't put that back on. If it hasn't started separating yet, it will soon.

When you replace it, do yourself a favor and get the loaner puller and installer tools. They make life much easier. You can access it from below without taking the bumper off.

Don't try to use the original bolt to pull new balancer on. It won't thread in far enough at first and you'll rip out the threads in the end of the crank. Run a longer bolt into the crank all the way and use a nut and washer to push it on.

Getting it off is the hard part and you have that done. So you may as well put a new one in. 65 bucks.

You dont need a tool to install, but a long bolt is really helpful to get the HB started on the crank, and pull it on

I did one with the OEM bolt by carefully seating the HB with a big socket and extension and knocking it on a bit first
