Do i need friction modifier for front differential?

Do i need friction modifier for front differential?
Hey Guys,
I recently purchased a 1991 XJ 4.0 4x4. I changed out the diff fluids today with Amsoil severe gear... I noticed when i pulled the rear diff cover on my Dana 35 i had a LSD diff, So i need a friction modifier for that which i did not purchase.
my question is, do i need friction modifier for the front diff also? I have a Dana 30 front diff from what i have been reading?
