even better if its a 3" rough country lift kit
are the directions that they gave you not through enough? just use this if they didnt give you any http://roughcountry.com/install/1623.pdf
Step one, remove shocks
Step two, disconnect sway bar
Step three, drop axle 'til coil spring can be pried loose
step four, install new springs
Step five, reconnect swaybar with extended links or leave it disco'd
Step six, install new, longer shocks
Step seven, remove rear shackle and hanger bolts (if you're lucky and they don't break off/spin the nut inside the "frame")
Step seven point five, scream, swear, and cuss at the bolts that broke off or spun the nuts inside the "frame"
Step eight, PB blaster and wait a week, soaking with PB every day
Step nine, remove bolts
Step ten, remove u-bolts around axle
Step eleven, remove leaf springs
Step twelve, install new leaf springs
Step thirteen, NEW u-bolts, lots of anti-seize on hanger bolts
Step fourteen, reinstall tires and check for fitment.
Step fifteen, install new rear shocks.
Or you could start with the PB Blaster for a week or better before hand and skip 7.5.

Hopefully the impact takes the WHOLE bolt out and doesn't break it off inside. This is the reason for the PB a few days to a week before hand. If you live in a dry climate (or your rig did at least) the PB is probably unneccessary, but up here in the rust belt it's your best friend.
