Me?? Never.. not once in over 20 years of driving off-road in one form or another have I not had the proper permission to be on a piece of land I was on. My parents taught me better as a kid. You respect your neighbors and their property. It really is that simple. Even if its 'just a construction site', if you don't have permission to be there, you are doing two things. A. Breaking the law. Period, its called trespassing. B. Making all of us that go through the proper steps look bad.

Unless you have the permission from the people responsible for a piece of property, IT'S WRONG!

Gravel Pits are not open play areas, and neither are Construction sites.. And just because others wheel there don't make it legal. Wheel legally, don't post about wheeling in areas that are not open to off road vehicles.. Or that look like wet lands...

We all know big brother looks over our shoulder on these sites around the net. And it don't take much for them to start closing down areas to play. Or out lawing four wheel drives.. Use your head, get educated about the legal way and places to wheel. You might also want to check out Great Lakes Four Wheel Drive Association ( www.glfwda.com ) to learn the laws and legal places to wheel in Michigan..
