Over the weekend my Mini was giving me some CEL grief so I picked up a PLX Devices wi-fi unit which plugs into your OBD port. This allows a laptop or smart phone to connect via wi-fi turning it into a diagnostic tool, digital gauge, etc all-in-one. I purchased Devtoasters' Rev app and went to work on my Mini, clearing the codes and taking it out for a drive where I set Rev to display gauges for boost and lateral g's. Very cool stuff. The speedo on my xj has been on the fritz so I hooked that up this morning BAM iphone speedo.

Altogether it was about $190 but its a great diagnostic tool. I'd highly recommend it.

How can you hate Corn Nuts?

 

I just do, they're loud and smell like $hit. ih8cornnuts has been my "handle" online for over 10 years.
