I have noticed the ASD may be clicking as well (have not physically put my fingers on it during the process to verify) I actually figured since i still have spark during this ordeal the ASD relay isnt as much suspect. But i see your point with how they joint togethor for power/ground.
My adhd is fighting me on reading those wiring diagrams,?
I would suggest you do this..it will help now and in future
grab a piece of paper and pencil, and DRAW the relevant circuit only. Write down the color of each wire in a table
Yes, it takes a few minutes, but ultimately, it is the only real way around the problem you state
Most people have (a similar) issue to you when it comes to circuit diagrams
If you do what I say, your mind will be clear. It is what I often have to do, working with auto electrics does require some skill, practice and learning
i was preparing to start peeling the harness apart to find the splice between ASD and FPR but figured i would swap the pcm first. To my surprise there was no hesitation after the swap. Immediate fuel prime as it should. I actually swapped the dirty pcm back just to re-confirm the issue. Dirty pcm back in and we are back to delayed prime - i suppose that's enough for me!
I may venture into splitting the now old pcm to look for visible damage? Otherwise I'm putting this one behind me
