Death Wobble... Stock
Ok, first im sorry im adding another DW thread to this section haha.. ive been reading thru the others, but i think my case has some specific signs that might be able to help figure out the problem.
first off its a 2001 xj, i was riding at about 50-60mph on the highway today and the front end started shakin, it wasnt real extreme but it was very noticible. I havent messed with any of the suspension components whatsoever.
when i got out at the junkyard, i looked over everthing and i notised that where the drag link connects to the PA, it was wet w/ some kinda lube... ive never seen that before and im pretty sure i dont have any leaks up there. another thing i noticed was an unuasual smell coming from the passenger brake. i havent noticed that before either. And later today i took it out for a spin and my brakes were squeeling...
i dont think this has anything to do w/ it but i do have very low pressure in my back tires. there at like 15 (they dont hold air well)
sry about another DW thread...

the shaking could be the tires scalloped, run your hand along the inside of the tire if its not smooth that could be the problem
