What is everything you checked? Did an assistant help with the checking? Did you do a complete alignment Toe and Caster? What parts were changed in the lift, Just springs and shocks? Have you had the tires balanced? What year XJ? How old are the Ball joints, TREs, and Bushings?

Had the same problem with my little brother's ZJ and it was the tires (out of ballance). A lift will magnify any and ALL issues your Jeep has.

The castor will be off with that much lift. The toe will change slightly too.

Try drop pitman arm too. If your track bar and draglink arent at same angle...it can cause it.
