Remember to check your key position. My battery went dead overnight because I rotated the key too far back which left the radio on and killed my battery. If the time is showing on the radio rotate the key forward one click. My .02

Connect the light bulb (a higher wattage 12V bulb) between the negative battery cable and the negative of the battery. The bulb will glow bright (as bright as it would if it was normally installed). It's using what ever is loading the battery down to complete the circuit.
Start pulling fuses and the bulb should get a little dimmer with each fuse that's pulled. At some point the bulb will dim dramatically when he pulls the "right" fuse. That's the one that's causing the battery to drain down.
This same technique can be used to trace a short circuit in a home. If the house has a fuse panel, it's even easier because a regular light bulb will screw in to the fuse socket.

I'm pretty sure there would still be a fuse of some sort whether it's a plug in fuse or some sort of fusible link. I think even the wire for the starter might have a fusible link. Un-fused wires are a fire waiting to happen.
If you have some time....try what I described. Hook up a bulb @ the battery, introduce a load and see what the bulb does.

All I know is a bulb is a cheap tester and it works, but of course there's more than one way to skin a cat.
In the end it will be up to the OP to decide what advice he takes.
Thanks for the feedback and guidance re: the use of "bump"
