dead battery
My battery constantly goes dead if the vehicle sits more than one day. I have .25 amp draw. I removed the radio then it droped to zero. Could that be it or is it something else.

lolol
If you had a draw, then you removed something electrical and the draw disappeared, I'd say its a safe bet you found your problem. |
That could be it, but normally a radio clock and battery-backup won't drain a battery overnight. Have you checked it at night to see if a dome light is left on? Check all those bulbs (pull them to be sure) and then re-insert one by one until you find the culprit.

How old is your battery? If its older and you only have that one draw, it could still be causing the problem.

Did you have the problem before you got the new battery?

Its 1 1/2 weeks old its an interstate battery. The fuse that has power is called iod fuse not really sure what it does.
The IOD is the ignition off draw fuse. It is the only fuse that allows power when the ignition is switched off. This allows certain things to operate with key off; interior lights, radio memory, hazard lights, etc. The draw is normal, a low amount and should not deplete your battery. Try pulling the IOD and see if your battery goes dead. |

Does it have anything to do ecm or anything in that manner?
No, I don't think so. Since you testing does not show any draw except the IOD, remove it and see what happens. It could be that something is staying energized but not visible. If the battery goes dead again then you can trace the items powered by that fuse. |

I removed my radio and the draw went down to 0 so now I have recheck in a few. Damn it. |
It's a bad battery. A .25 amp/hour draw would take 2400 hours to drain a 600 amp battery. (600 divided by .25).

Take the battery to an auto shop and have it load tested and see what it shows. The battery may just not hold a charge. If there is no load on the battery, it should not go dead overnight.
