Im going to test over the weekend to see it thats the problem.
I other thing that Im going to test the locks maybe the are sticking.
Im going to go over it again, I just run a wire direct to the battery and
try that .

Now, with computer controlled vehicles and VR in the PCM disconnecting the battery could place a damaging load on the computer. So there are warnings not to do this. I just purchased a book on automotive electrics and the warning is there.

I am no expert and I do not intend to test the theory. My multimeter and my homemade voltage/continuity tester will work for me.
Thanks for that info. I know we're not Mythbusters, but I'd say this one's BUSTED. If this ever comes up for me, I'll definitely be breakin'' out the ol' meter rather than take the chance of damaging the PCM

Thanks again for the info

so far so good.
still the only draw is fromt the radio.
I went check everything and found nothing.
I removed that fuse IOD. Ran a power from the fuse panel.(turn signal)
Still the only draw is .25 from the radio. Ill try again over the weekend.

or a test light, they are pretty inexpensive. disconect the battery clip the tester on the post and stab the cable-you're all set

going to leave that fuse out, it seems to be the issue.
something gives me a draw when the vehicle is running with
that fuse pulged in. So away it goes never to return.

You need to check to see what you lose with that fuse pulled. It provides power to a few items. Check you hazard lights, I may be wrong but I believe they work off the IOD.
