I think that you might find that an 'AMERICAN" jeep might not have the plug for daytime running lamps.

Hope these help, usually we just install an aftermarket daylighter kit,

I can't see Chrysler (or any manufacturer nowadays) making seperate wiring harness' for different options or markets anymore. It's just too expensive to have extra stock to cover all the possibilities.
I bought an 90 Exploder from Florida back in 94 and I actually bought the DRL module while in florida. Service manager couldn't believe they had the stock.
I'm pretty sure almost the rest of the world requires DRL's since the mid 90s so they would have to cover their export market too.
I'm 100% certain I can plug it in SOMEWHERE!

i have a 99 xj and its from canada and i live in south carolina mine has the day time running lights and i been tryin to figure out how to cut them off i put aftermarket HID's in it and dont want them running all time durning the day ya know really havent been able to find much info on it
