Default Day time running lights

I purchased a 1999 XJ that came up from Florida.
No rust! Well no rust as us around the great lakes called the Rust Belt know rust.
Anyway in order to get the vehicle licenced in Ontario i need to have the Daytime running lights.
I've been able to find that the module for them is the same for the 1997 to 1999 years and I have a module from my current 98 DD. I've found it and there is no plug for it at the same spot on the wiring harness on the 1999.
I'm having a hard time getting any info or wiring diagrams for a 99XJ
Can anyone help me with a diagram or better yet a picture of where in the wiring harness the the plug can be found for the module?
I've searched and I'm just not finding it.

I did that. got pictures of pistons and BMWs and grand cherokees and the occasional snippet of a wiring diagram. always for a GC BTW some pictures of groups of people. No half naked chicks.
Some lights that have no relation to running lights.
There must be some secret to searching on the web I just don't get.
I mean Jack Bower can look up a schematic for a nuclear weapon built by some snot nosed kid in his junior kindergarten class in 1975 in some country ending in "Stan" in 3 seconds but I put in Cherokee and I can't even get a picture of a First Nations person.

Just found a picture of Stewie with a ray gun! How that relates to Day time running lights for a 1999 Jeep Cherokee is beyound my pay grade.

Thanks a lot I really do appreciate your effort but... I need the actual physical location of where it plugs in. The plug is quite large about a 1/2 in by 2 inches and on the 98 is located on the passenger side inner fender almost near the firewall.
No plug on the 99 is located there. in fact there seems to be something for the emmisions I think. Looks like a charcoal canister or something.
I pulled away the parts to get at the harness but nothing. Unless it's taped up inside the loom. I'll try that on Sunday when I have some time.

I remember reading something on another forum that said the 99's didnt come with daytime running lights for some reason. I dont know why or if it is 100% true. Just throwing that out there.

I think what he needs is a circuit that will turn on the headlights when the vehicle starts to move. My trucks originally from Canada (eh) and it has this feature (as well as a factory block heater).

If you can't find an aftermarket kit or can't interface the factory module, I think it could still be done. It might require a little wiring and some relays, but I think it could be done.

It's already home and you're ready to register it?
