Default Dashlights

my dashlights won't work changed the fuse still won't work don't want to take to the shop if its an easy fix .

If the fuse was blown it means there is a short to ground someplace in the circuit. Did you replace the radio recently?

Or does it have a funkified trailer wiring harness dangling out the back?

Yeah---- the ever present "new" radio issue.....

My dash light problem turned out to be one of the sockets for the fuse in the fuse block. It was broken and could no longer hold tension on the fuse blade. The fix was to shim it until it was tight again.

Beer can tabs are great shims.

Wouldn't know about that, but should work. I used thin copper strips, tinned to stop the green fuzzies.
