No offense taken good sir! I just always enjoy a good joke, and it looked like I missed out on one so I was asking for you to elaborate if anything haha.

No worries. Be sure to check and make sure the drive gear is still in good shape too. (driven gear is on the VSS, drive gear is on output shaft)

Either of them being worn out can cause an erratic speedo.

All good. I remember seeing a link to a site that sold different drive gears that would accommodate a lift and bigger tires and thus make the speedometer more accurate. Can anyone send me a link to that site?
