well, my buddy decided not to have me cut his fenders, instead we went out and he bought a lift kit and we installed it last night.

the nice thing about trimmed fenders is.... it provides alot of room to stuff those big meats up far into the body =] mine are 33x10.5r15 radial tsl's

what it is.. is a machine that i can trace a mold or pattern and it will reproduce it in revers... as in.. if i mold or make a pattern for a left fender flare.. it will cut a exact copy for right... Need left and right molds for fender flares...here is a better pic of the hole machine... notce the top part just has a pointer.. bottom part has a router...

Well.. i have 31's and 4.5 rubicon lift... and stock flares... they need to be about 1.5 inches wider to cover the tire completely... so they will be something on the lines of bushwacker design.. but will be my own design... but i do like the pocket holes in bushwacker.. so i migh incorparate them in mine to... will be a few more weeks to a month before i acually start making things...

Are you just making them for yourself? Or are you going to make lots of them to sell? If so, How much?
