Cruise Control
I am having an issue with my cruise control not working. It looks like the usual culprits with cruise control problems are vacuum leaks or the clockspring. However, in my case, the cruise control does work if I adjust the tilt of the steering wheel either up or down. The only time the buttons don't work is when I have the wheel adjusted at the tilt angle I want. What would cause this to happen and how would I go about fixing it?

That's wiring in the column, you'll need to tear it apart and get ready with a multimeter to figure out which one is the culprit.
