Default Cross Member fix or replace?

In the process of removing my t case I noticed that my cross member was dented and cracked. Should I replace this or can I get it welded?

Personally, I would just go get one at the junkyard. They can't be that expensive.

Agreed. Post a WANTED here and you might get a hit from someone close to you.

Will do. That last nut on the top drivers side is killing me. I’ve been at it all day. It’s the last thing holding it on.

Regarding the crossmember, wIll other years//models fit a 95?

I suspect that they are all the same, but.... I don't know that for sure. If there are changes, I think a 97+ might be different, since there was a body style change that year, and maybe the older ones (back in the 80s) might be different.

Hmm. I have a 96, 97, and 98 here right now. I'll take a look tomorrow.
