can anyone tell me what bolt I need to replace the stock bolts that hold the cross member up?

Do you have the old bolt? Not a problem use a tape measure to figure the length you will need and then you can try different bolts out of your junk bin to find the right diameter and thread pitch. Probably be metric, just a guess.
