Default Crankshaft pulley

Is the crankshaft pulley a two piece part? I m asking this cause today my serpentine belt snapped and I checked all pulleys and found that crankshaft pulley is out of alignment by 1/2 inch.
The crankshaft pulley stuck so far out that it's hitting the mechanical fan.

Look like pulley was pressed into middle inner part.

Can I fix it by attempting to press it back in, or do I have to buy a new pulley?

If I can buy it new. How much do it usually cost and is it a dealership only part?

Yes it is! And it is called a harmonic balancer. You will need to buy a new one.

Would I have room to use a pulley puller without removing anything?

On my 93 I didn't have to remove anything. Just don't forget to remove the washer after taking out the bolt... It's easier that way lol

You shouldn't have to remove anything. I was able to remove and replace mine without taking anything apart.

And how do I put it back on. Tap it in or use the screw method?

I just rented a pulley press. You can rent both kits from most auto stores. Make sure you put the key back on the shaft and you line it up before cranking down on it.

I don't know how many miles you have on it, but you also might consider replacing the crank shaft oil seal while you have the balancer off.

The first time it took me a couple of hours. It can be difficult because the engine wants to turn while you're trying to take it off and when you're putting it back on.

I almost nearly messed up my threads as well because I forgot to/ didn't see the large washer.

it took me 30 minutes to complete it. Do not press to back on with the bolt, it is very easy to snap that bolt off in the crank then you will be very screwed. get the proper tool for it and it will make it much easier.

Where's the washer. In front of pulley or behind it

It's on the face of the pulley under the bolt. Mine was hidden by a layer of gunk.
