So, after reading many threads about the upgrades people have done to their cooling systems, I have found two that still remain in debate; the all electric fan vs mechanical fan setup and the 3 row radiator vs the 2 row radiator. So, I figured it would be good to setup a poll and let the people vote.
The answers are simple; four choices retaining to possible setups with each component:
Mechanical/E-fan setup with 2-Row Radiator
Mechanical/E-fan setup with 3-Row Radiator
All Electric Fan setup with 2-Row Radiator
All Electric Fan setup with 3-Row Radiator
Let's see which comes out on top. Feel free to discuss any opinions.

I am running the Mechanical/E-fan setup with 3-Row Radiator on my 91. I replaced everything including the head gasket to resove overheating issues with no luck. I finally ordered a 3 row from radiatorbarn.com and it has not overheated on even the hottest days in traffic.
Mechanical/E-Fan setup CSF 3 row, hi-flow t-stat houseing, new t-stat, new pump and hoes's.
from -20 to 90+ deg it will stay JUST under 210.. i did everything in one shot
even runing the A/C it wont get hot

I personally plan on replacing my factory rad with an all metal 2 row one and eventually swapping to an all electric fan setup. I have recently been running warm and have changed the water pump, fan clutch.. however, I have a leaking exhaust header and i need a more concentrated coolant. But yeah, my vote's for 2 row rad with all e-fans

I am running a 3 row with 3 ten inch electric fans and it works great i installed a switch to shut them all down when doing water crossings if you dont you just keep blowing fuses make sure you put a big kickass red light in dash to let you know they are shut off or you'll end up with a blown engine from over heating my son forgot to turn them back on after crossing a water hole and overheated it bad enough to cook my
engine.
engine.
