Default COOLING ISSUES!!!!

I have a 1990 XJ that is running about 210. I was woundering if my water pump is a reverse rotation or standard? Im going to put in a FlowKooler Water Pump to help out. I already rep[alced every thing else even did a flush. My XJ has a serpentine belt.

If you have a sealed system make sure you dont have any leaks. and 210 is good. A 3 row radiator also helps alot.

My XJ has a 4.7L stroker. The radiator is up graded. if 210 is normal then I'm probly just freaking out. Going up in to moutains it gets to 220 to 230.

Normal. When the needle starts to kiss the 250 area of the gauge, then you can freak out.

Three row only helps if you have large enough fans to pull air through that mess. A quality 2 row would be a btter option for those wishing to retain the stock mech and efan.
