Default Cooling fan options

Hey I have had a couple problems with my 2000 jeep cherokee overheating this summer. Baisically, when its running its fine. However, after running it for a while and shutting it off, when I go back to start it up it will be well over the 210 mark and will run very rough. The engine will make rough noises and the rpm's will fluctuate. After a minute or so it will cool back down and run regularly.

Anyways, since this only happens when I restart it after running it for a while I was wondering if there was any kind of fan or anything else that I could turn on to cool it off before I actually start the engine. This might be an extremely noob question but thought i would ask anyways. Thanks!

Sounds like heat soak to me. You can look up fixes for that, one I hear most often in putting insulation under/around the fuel injectors. Here is a page I found after googling it.
