Default Coolent low?

Have refilled my radiator several times and it always end up low about 2 weeks later? Idk where it's going? None in the oil that I can tell? I never see any leaks. So any help appreciated thanks.

If its DEFINITELY not leaking, then its going into the motor via a bad head gasket. Get it running really hot, park it and watch it while its running. If it isnt leaking youve got a major issue.

And if youre using just water to fill it thats also a no-no.

Are you just using plain water when filling it?

^^ I had a real small leak through the freeze plug under the tranny bell. Didnt ever see it leak, but same problem as you. It wasnt until it got real bad, that I actually saw it pouring out. Gut under the transmission and see if there is any moisture near the inspection plate.

What xjchop said. I have also seen leaks by the thermostat housing that leaks very slowly so it just evaporates off and never drips. Look for crusty residue on the engine as well as moisture.

Yea I'm putting antifreeze in it. And it gets low enough in 2 or three weeks that I don't have heat lol

Yeah my 96' has a heater control valve that leaks, but it blows back over such a large area it never actually has a chance to drip down.
